Refund policy

Due to the sensitive and specialized nature of our products, all sales from Precision Research Supply Co are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been processed or shipped.

This policy is in place to ensure product integrity, safety, and quality control. Research peptides are highly sensitive materials and cannot be restocked or resold once they leave our facility.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or compromised, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo documentation. We will review the issue and, if approved, provide a replacement at our discretion.
